Adult Division (18
and over)
Mahalo for inquiring about
membership in Kihei Canoe Club. The following checklist will help
simplify the paperwork needed for membership in the club, and to satisfy
the requirements of the Maui County and Hawaii State Canoe Racing
Associations, and our insurance company. If you are an Ohana, please
fill out a packet for each member of your family. All the items listed
below are needed to allow you to race in sanctioned events.
ALL PADDLERS
MUST COMPLETE ITEMS #1 THROUGH #7.
- 1. Fill out an

Application Form
- 2. Fill out and sign a Kihei Canoe Club
Liability Release and Waiver Form
- 3. Fill out and sign an
HCRA Waiver
Form
each year
- 4. Provide a photocopy of your driver’s
license.
- 5. Pay dues. KCC Adult Program Membership
Fees are $150 per year. The Ohana (parent(s) with child(ren))
Membership Fees are $175. Payable to Kihei Canoe Club. Dues must
be paid to the KCC Club Treasurer or mailed to the address at the
top of this page.
- 6. If you were a member of another canoe
club in the past, sign an
MCHCA Transfer Form
Please make sure all
completed paperwork is turned over to the Membership Committee so you
can be put on the race roster. During regatta season, paperwork should
be received by Monday if you expect to race on Saturday. Mahalo for
